Hi, I started this image with some new photoshop brushes.

My start off technique is to try out a few strokes of different brushes and see what comes out of it & then I define what I see. This ugly face just stands out. I had fun working on the attitude. I gave him his Sunday clothing for this portrait. And why the rats? He likes rats! Some people look like there pets!
